Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media & Community Lead to spearhead Altius’ social media presence and community engagement. This role demands a professional adept in crypto-native platforms, with a proven track record in content creation, community building, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content in various formats, leveraging tools like Figma for visual assets.
- Community Engagement: Foster and manage active discussions, ensuring alignment with Altius’ mission and values.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the Web3 space to amplify our reach.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and community feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Event Coordination: Organize and oversee community events, AMAs, and online activations to boost engagement.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and optimize engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in crypto-focused social media and community management.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Figma and familiar with AI-driven content tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional copywriting abilities with a knack for creating compelling narratives.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of Web3 culture and platforms.
- Autonomy: Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
